Living with Diabetes Day

The Community Diabetes team are working with Diabetes UK to put on a conference for people living with Type 2 Diabetes in North Hampshire.  The speakers at the event are -

• Dr Christian Chilcott: lead GP for diabetes.
• Dr Ben Turner: Consultant, Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust
• Alice Grundy: Podiatrist, Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust
• Will Stanley: Psychotherapist and Dietitian, Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust
• Jill Steaton: Diabetes UK
• Sarah Woodman: Specialist Diabetes Dietician, Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust
• Sherri Johnston: North Hampshire Community Diabetes Specialist nurse
