Hackwood Partnership are the first local GP Practice to take part in a new initiative sponsored by the North Hants. CCG called the Diabetes Challenge Programme. A 6 week healthy living plan aimed at people living with Type 2 diabetes.  Week one of the programme gave participants the chance to meet Dr Ben Turner, Consultant Diabetologist, and take part in exploring the health benefits that can be experienced by making healthy living choices.
